I've built two classical/flamenco guitars with Robbie in his class at the community college. I signed up for a third tour of duty, but yesterday I dropped the class (sorry Robbie!). I figured heck, I've done it twice with supervision, what's the point of paying money to do it a third time? That's money that could be used on tools!!!
It might take me longer (it took me most of the night last night to hand cut my wedge slots for the ribs in my neck, and it's still not right), and be more frustrating (because I have to figure out how to fix my mistakes myself!) but it was time to cut those apron strings loose.
I don't really know what my point is or why I'm sharing. I guess to say, I might be hanging out around here some more for advice and help.
And Robbie, you can't say good riddance and sigh relief just yet
, I still have to pick up my bloodwood bindings that were shipped there last week 
. Which means I can't say good riddance to that drive yet
